Thomas holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the city of New York. Thomas spent the first part of his career in business operations and strategy for tech companies. He was an early employee at Shift Technologies (NASDAQ:SFT), general manager at LIME, and Head of Real Estate at Perch Mobility. Thomas has extensive experience with real estate investing working at funds like Kennedy Wilson and Moonstone. Thomas has a keen eye for finding creative ways to get deals done and has a passion for helping clients build wealth through real estate as an asset class.
